As a follow on from my other thread this one is about yet again being in the right place at the right time. This time it was at Cley on 27/04/06. I was watching a few distant Avocet when this pair started to display so i thought I would see if I could get a photo of it. I managed three quick photos which culminated in the pair mating. Another well timed moment.
They are not brilliant photos but it was quite distant (about 200 yards) to the birds and was fairly warm so a slight heat haze was across the reserve. Still you can see how they got on (so to speak).
