I agree. I think we should be prepared for more of the same in the future. People are getting 'status' pets, and then discarding them when they get fed up with them, or when they go out of fashion. It really is irresponsible, but what can you do about it? We've seen what 100 years of Greys can do, so if these new critters are to be controlled then a cull has to start now before they get a good foothold.
