Well I am back,forgot to confirm my order for sunshine
Super stormy seas,lots of migrating? Martins saw many LBJ's
and a wheatear which flew off at the sound of velcro being pulled
as I tried to get my camera out.
Many juvenile Pied Wagtails ,they are rapidly becoming one of my
favourite birds,Buzzards and two types of Owl
The site
Rabbits have a touch of Myxi and there is a burgeoning
family of
Moles,All the bats are well, Reel Ale is great (2 pubs close by)
The
Badgers had a brush with a dog and stayed out of the site the
Hedgehog
is still trundling around as are the (Muppet like) Woodpigeon and a new attraction
the muttering Crows
My son decided to come at the last minute,and being a Rockpool fisherman of the
first water I had to find some decent pools pdq. found a bay with huge pools
healthy shellfish, Anaemones, Blennies, Crabs and Shrimp great fun (must remember
the Rotary Polarising filter!!!)
Flew the flag but there were not many people about (must be the low cloudbase)
had a couple of toots on the M5 on the way down
