My suggestion would be to get or build a bird table that's got a feeding (lipped) tray about 1.5m above ground.That should keep cats away and stop food being blown onto the ground. While you're thinking about it, if you have trees, buy hanging nut and seed feeders. I expect your feathered friends would be grateful this winter and in return provide something nice to watch. |
