Re: Bird of the day!

Friday 21st - Pomarine Skua past Holme-next-the-sea ((with a supporting cast of Long-billed Dowitcher (Titchwell) , Snow Goose (Lifer at Holkham), and two Snow Buntings (Cley))

Saturday 22nd - Lesser Yellowlegs (Hanningfield Reservoir) Due to time restriction we had to head back early, otherwise we could also have had - Short-eared Owl, Lapland Bunting, Long-tailed Skua at Holme, and Ross' Goose and White-rumped Sandpiper at Titchwell.

Also seen were 250+ Razorbills at Titchwell along with 12 Eiders and numerous plunge-diving Gannets and the odd RT Diver. At Least 3,000 Pinkfeet going to roost over Burnham Norton.

232 so far for 2007. Year record here I come

Cheers,

Adam
