Are there any other jam makers in the forum? I'm a keen jammer - if that's what you call 'em - I've made gooseberry, rhubarb, blackberry (lots), mulberry, greengage and all manner of combinations thereof.
Obviously the most enjoyable/rewarding jams are where I obtain fruit from the wild (being careful to leave a good supply for the wildlife!).
Anyone got any good recipes or ideas for adding a zap to my (rather bland) repetoire?
