| Re: Your hobbies. Blimey.
All this talk of baking!
I thought I'd left all that behind!
I was trained and employed as a skilled craft baker for close to ten years before I packed it in and started doing what I'm doing now, (employed in the environmental sector).
I've baked all over Britain, in olde worlde village bakeries mainly, making pretty well any loaf / bread / roll you could care to mention. No to mention pastries etc...
People ask me to bake them things, or give them recipes etc... and I've got to admit I make a rule and tend not to. It was never really a hobby, it was my trade!
Much happier now, out of the baking world, and doing what I always hoped to.
As for my hobbies now? Sport mainly. Rugby. Running. Tennis. Golf. Swimming. Parachuting (when I can).
Also I'm trying to get back to my painting days. Bought a nice acrylic set t'other day (easel n all) and hope to produce a few pieces over the next year or so.
I like going to gigs too. Rock gigs in the main.
As for reading... I really find ancient history books fascinating, escpecially ancient Egypt, but NOT the "pyramidiology" books.
Well. Thats me!
