Near enough every Sunday but in the summer then we might have a BBQ instead if it's nice, had roast duck a few weeks as we haven't had it in ages, gorgeous it was.

Roast spuds HAVE to be done in Goose fat too!!!!!!!!!!!!! (or duck fat)
