i always make or eat a Sunday Roast without fail...always have always will..
My Sunday Roast Chicken is amazing...much better than mums ( and so are my roast potatoes or roasted butternut squash)...but ill be honest i havent cooked a joint of beef or lamb myself very often as i could never afford it when i lived on my own...chicken i could afford.
Having just added jam making and hopefully bread making to my catering arsenal i think ill try and cook a joint this weekend.
