Julie - if you're going to have a bash a beef again make sure you get a rib ok and on the bone preferably as there's so much more flavour than say silverside or topside etc. - tasteless in my opinion
Thanx for that ...My stepdad was from Yorkshire and always made our sunday lunch when i was a child..the yorkshire puddings were something out of this world. He would always save the big ones to put some jam on for afters...ive never been able to get it quite right ..

Could i be cheeky and ask you to send me a PM with a good recipe for them ..
