While perparing for evening meal today of Lambs Hearts with garlic It crossed my mind just how many of us are still having traditional sunday lunch ...with all the different cuts of meats and veg that you can get now and of course the convenience of trotting off to your local pub or restaurants just how many of us are still doing the roast beef and yorkshire puddings...

My dear grandparents had a sunday lunch for as long as i can remember and living within a 5 min walk from my house you could smell it before you got there...accasionally while out walking around a small village i can still smell this...which always brings a smile to my face..

I will make a point this week to stock up on some beef and make a few yorkshires...
