The trouble with the first series of Blackadder is that it is completely different to the others as Baldrick is clever and Blackadder himself is the halfwit
, plus I think the humour is a bit more subtle that the later ones possibly as Ben Elton wasn't involved with the writing.
Oh and that is something I haven't seen for ages Futurama (I thought Bender was funny), possibly better than the Simpsons but for some reason not as popular
