carry on in your normal life and worry more about car safety, standard flu and the myriad of other things that are a bigger risk to your health.
I really geniunely think you have very little to worry about. Apparently more people have died in Britain from testing 9v batteries on their tongue than have died in the entire world from H5N1 bird flu and most if not all of those have been poultry workers dealing directly with birds if that's not your job I'd suggest you're in the clear.
