I'm pretty sure this is an albino ferret. Ferrets are the domasticated form of
Polecat and can be trained to hunt
Rabbits. They will eat rodents. However this could be an escaped hungry pet that got hungry and followed it's instinct.
I'm very sorry about your Guinea pig. We have two ourselves and they're the sweetest things.
