Hello,
My real name is Justin. My partner, children and I live in South Cambridgeshire. I used to work for the local water board as a fresh water biologist, now due to having a family to support I work as Shift Laboratory Supervisor (more money, although I hope to go back to fresh water biology when the children have 'flown the nest').
I feel that I am very fortunate to live next door to a small orchard where we regularly recieve up to 10 different species of birds a day, including a pair of Bullfinches.
I am a member of the Wildlife Trusts.
My real passions are for moths, birds, reptiles and photography, my weaknesses are plants as I am absolutely terrible at ID'ing them. As a child I used keep various species of caterpillars and release them when they matured into moths, (I can still remember the day when my first Private Hawk moth caterpillar finally emerged after spending the winter buried in a tank of dirt!)
