Phew I'm pooped!

Got the blighter out and made an appointment with the chiropractor lol!

Got a question though - I've got the stump and most of the roots out, it won't sprout from any roots I've left will it?
You all love your buddleia's don't ya lol!

The little one I was talking about in my new middle border is a davidii 'Pink Delight' and although it's only small atm it's supposed to get to 10ft or so.
Keith - so is the Smoke Bush native then? Does it keep it's leaves? Thanks for the listing on Buddleia's btw, I'm still deliberating lol! Rhododendron.. now that might work as I have one in my front garden that is very happy (must be my soil) but they tend to grow outwards rather than up don't they
T2 - I've got a honeysuckle (original plant from when we moved in) on the right hand side of the gate. Despite hacking it down to the ground when the fencing was done it's revived itself and is doing well now see...
Maybe I could twist hubby's arm to build an archy thing across the top of the gate so it can spread over to the left? No, scrub that the sun is on the wrong side and I don't think it will grow 'left'
Hmmm... a native rose....?!? Going to have scrappy looking branches all winter though
Keep trying lol!

Buddleia's are winning atm - any other ideas?
