It wasn't meant to sound unfriendly, and I did put a smiley at the end of it
But, the bottom line is that if you don't like the terms and conditions, and we accept that not everyone will, then don't upload your photos.
But you shouldn't underestimate the workload that it would entail if mods had to delete images. We used to have LOTS of requests from certain individuals to 'delete this photo', or 'change this photo for a better one' etc. etc.
And we couldn't let members delete their own photos because of the broken threads issue.
