My partner and I bought a house in the Jaen Province of Andalucia a couple of years ago that we used for long holidays. We are now selling to move a bit closer to the coast and airport as the travelling was getting us down. We found the weather inland really hot in summer (over 40C) and very cold in winter, which is thankfully very short, but the people are really friendly and the cost of living very very cheap
