A walk along the Whinfell Ridge

My walk today took me to the Eastern side of the Lake District on the Shap Fells. I was parked on the A6 near Huck's Bridge for 7:45am from where I gained access to the fells. The ridge is an undulating walk and runs from the A6 to the M6 with some lovely views. My return was along the Borrowdale valley.

Dist: 11.00 miles Ascent: 2500 feet Time: 5h 45m
