OK how about this to add to the discussion:
Should the keeping of *all* breeds of dog or cat be banned for tenants of council houses?
Private landlords are perfectly entitled not to permit their tenants to keep pets, so why shouldn't the council also have this right as a landlord?
If tenants were to flout this restriction of their tenancy agreement then first time a warning second time eviction.
Just wondered what other people thought. |
