Agreed - looks like a house spider - probably
Tegenaria domestica but can't be sure - really need to see the spinners and the eyes.
In answer to your other question, all spiders are poisonus - it's how they kill thier prey! But not many in this country can actually penetrate human skin. The most notable one would be
Argyroneta aquatica which can give a rather uncomfortable bee sting like bite.
Your spider though is harmless.
