I am dead sure. I was with this bird for over an hour. It is far too small to be a Pec Sand. The eye stripe is far too thick. It is lacking a prominent white eye ring. The breast streaking doesn't cut off in a straight line as it should on a Pec. The legs are the wrong colour (black on a Bairds yellow through to grey green on a Pec) and it is also lacking the white stripes down the back.
