This is my problem. They just hoover up whatever's been dropped by the smaller birds off the feeder poles. But like I said, I've not got any food out at all atm, and they're still here - just checking methinks!
That's a shame you haven't any greenfinches - how strange!
Even though there's no food for any birds here at the mo, I still have them in the area singing away on the tops of the trees which I lovely to hear
