Import you video and place it in the storyboard. Go to the top pudown file menue and click on save movie
Then click next and it will ask you where you want to put it . I would put descktop (ths saves a hunt after) then click next and it should say save movie (at this point don't worry about the title leave it as Movie)
Under that should be a very tiney message saying 'Show more 'if not click next and it will show there on the next page. Any how when you see the message 'Show more' click on it and an info box will appear, ckick the arrow and a drop down menue will show.
Move down the menue until you see 'High quality small movie' this will reduce your movi and will keep it's quality. It wont be full screen though but it will be less than a mbg.  Try this out. |

I have downloaded Windows Moviemaker but unfortunately it doesn't support this type of file. The file extension is .mov
