- not really , its equally possible that those who are suffering from the floods might find it to be a bit of light relief from the unremitting hardship (assuming of course that they have power and computers that work)
Google did something very similar the other day as did some of the regional weather forecasts.
incidentally a work colleague who lives in oxford has a great picture of as duck sitting on the sofa in his flooded lounge , and it really does look as tho the duck is laughing.
I guess I better not get him to post tho it incase anyone finds it offensive
