Well I have just finished watching the programme .... some excellent landscape and wildlife filming at many locations that I know well.

Seabirds and seabird colonies are just awesome and part of the UK's natural heritage. They deserve our support.

The programme's tale of the substantial decline in many seabirds due to overfishing and climate change left me thoroughly depressed.

However, the positive note left by Roy Dennis was that (a) seabirds are long-lived and capable of adapting to change and (b) we must give them a chance by proactive marine conservation measures.
