Been watching this channel a lot lately (its moved to Sky 280 by the way), but contrary to PM's post, its not strictly "country set" based.
They have shown the excellent Simon/John King programmes "Priddy the
Hedgehog", "Sky the Peregrine" and "Rannock the
Red Deer", plus other wildlife, countryside and general interest programmes. We like the "Wartime Kitchen" with Paul Heiney, and another called "The Foragers Fieldguide". Some are a little old - like "Heart of the Country" which seems to be quoting facts and figures from yr 2000, but on the whole still very interesting. They are also showing the original Johnny Kingdom series "A Countryman's Diary" which I have never seen before.
It does have a lot of horse related stuff which I'm quite into anyway, but on the whole is a great channel.
