Hi Cherrybee,

I've just added some more details to our gallery upload thread to give some background info on the process of editing images for the gallery.

Unfortunately, I think that some of your photos aren't being posted in the gallery because they don't quite meet the quality levels that are required. As you mentioned, most of your images are being taken on an old Fuji Finepix, and it appears as though the photos are a bit too grainy, high-contrast, pixelated or out-of-focus. It is also likely that some of the images have already been repeated several times in the gallery, as we now have nearly 100 mallards and 150 robins etc, and so the quality will need to be even higher.

Obviously, we don't expect everyone to produce professional photographs, but in order for the gallery to looks its best, we do need to ensure that the photos are good quality and meet the guidelines in this thread.

We're sorry if this means that some of your images aren't making it through. However, if you'd like to send me any particular image that you think should have been posted in the gallery, then please PM me with a copy of the photo and I'll be happy to take a look at it for you.

Cheers

Stu
