Well I am terribly sorry but I actually only sent one black swan tonight as it was a lovely shot of it.But I also sent a very good one of a common goose which was also refused and there is a couple in the gallery already.Mine was taken in a brook in a park area with my mallards.I did not realize there was a rule that you could not send them.It says Foreign plants and animals that have escaped from gardens, parks, private collections and zoos, and are found in the British countryside.Which mine were.Beryl and I both have health problems so we cannot walk too far.As this is in a park area and in the open where we can get close and it was a lovely day I took her out in my car for a lovely day out.I do take photos of other things but my first love are birds and I would get terribly bored.We are not experts with fancy cameras nor are we experts on wildlife.I have bought several books to help me and we search the net for info.I did like this site very much and until recently had no problems.It is not fun here anymore as we both feel we are being criticized a lot and we both feel it is time to leave but we dont really want to but are so limited as to where we can go to get the photos that are acceptable
