We've recently got Flash 8 Pro, which has a great video compression facility, so it should now be possible to include video. It can produce very high quality with small file sizes, but it will still take some time to process each vid and so I think we'll need to implement some guidelines on the type and quality of video we receive.
Essentially, the guidelines would need to include tips on creating and editing the video and then supplying it in the correct format for us to compress.
If anyone would like to help out writing a video guide then let me know and I'll send you some more info.
