Sorry guys, As a dairy farmer I can assure you that cows
can go down stairs, they prefer not to as they are not over-keen on walking down anything steep.
I have seen cows walk down stairs/steps and as long as they are allowed to do it at their own pace they seem to manage it fine! - sorry to be a party pooper
