Welcome and can I support what Goosey said. Only last week I decided to leave the camera in the car as a few friends and I went for a stroll on a beach near Newcastle in Ireland.

Apart from the fact that the beach turned out to be a perfect shingle flora beach, we were suddenly treated to the sight of a seal with a metre long dogfish in its mouth which it had just caught. It kept coming up an posing for the non existent camera. Then to add insult to injury a harbour porpoise started diving through the waves right next to the shore.

Always take the camera.
