I blame the owners completely. The least they can do is have a bell put on the collar, and have them neutered, but it IS in their make-up to hunt, this will never be bred out of them no matter how much you try, and as for enjoying it - this is not the right word in my opinion, my mum has had cats all her life and I've watched them chase everything that moves and it is pure instinct whether you like it or not, but I'm not sure enjoyment in the human sense is what they get out of it
