sorry i took too long to answer this busy at work tonight. yes we do have purple saxifrage on upper slopes throughout the glen . on rannoch moor there is sundews ,eats insects i believe as does a type of orchid that also thrives there . last end of season i took an instrest in fungi ,found chantrelle and various russelli along the lochan path also a white earlike one on logs but i forget the name . there is Pine Martens around the area ,one used to live in the bothy i take care of ,but never seen him/her for a while. i take it you might be visiting glen coe soon maybe i can arrange a tour
