| Re: Help from gardening experts Hi Alan, my wife who is an RHS qualified gardener says if you dig them up and put them in pots they should come to no harm. If you use a good compost in the pots you could even leave them in the pots until after they have flowered then transfer them to the garden. Alternatively plant them in your new garden as soon as possible after moving. It will check them back a little and they may not flower as profusely as normal but should survive ok.
