I'm looking for voluntary or paid work in Wildlife Rescue/Rehab (I know voluntary is more realistic). I would be prepared to travel to a centre within a short distance of my home or work from home in an admin capacity. Being a wheelchair user the admin/work from home option is probably the most feasible (sp?) but as long as I'm doing something that benefits wildlife I really don't mind. I email'd Secret World with a speculative enquiry months ago but never heard back from them.
I'm capable of handling smaller animals, and cleaning food bowls etc., I just can't do big jobs like mucking horses out.
If anyone has any ideas then I'd be grateful if you'd share them - I have to do
somethingwith my brain and my time or I'll go bonkers!
