I have just spent a wet afternoon watching a whole series of "River Cottage" what a brilliant series.. I have only ever watched the odd one before, I am so jealous of the life he lives..
That is now my aim.. to live in country and be as totally self sufficient as possible.. ( just need to win the Lottery now
