Apparently it's a re-badged updated version of Ricoh Caplio R2, a 6 megapixel camera. the 10 mpixel is done by interpolation, so that's a feature you can forget. It's also sold under many other weird brand names.
It's probably OK as a camera for someone that doesn't bother to take many pictures.
