| People like that should not be on the road. If they lack the general confidence to drive then they should not be on the roads. A driver isn't supposed to admire the scenery, they are supposed to drive. If necessary take turns, or better still get out for a walk, but don't have everyone else suffer. Have to say that we don't have this problem in Birmingham and in certain areas it more prudent not to hang about but again I don't let it bother me too much - what's 10 minutes at the end of the day? |
