I back Beryl in this.We actually dont think it was a fox they are not seen in that paticular area whereas there are a lot of dogwalkers,Most whos dogs are off the lead like a swim and are very good.But there are just a couple of dog owners that go there that dont pick up after their dogs and Beryl herself came across a man actively encouraging his dog to go for the swans and other birds.She had words with him.Most of the dogs that walk there love to splash in the water and most of the owners call them back when necessary and i would hate to take away any right of the dogs that have fun and do no harm,but as always in life you get the odd one who spoils it for the rest because they think its funny to goad the dog into killing
