It's just a little harder whan you see it for real. I love foxes and the fox (if) that took the baby swan was probably hungry and I know we also build on what was originally their home ground . I do agree with you about The nature of nature. It's a cycle. It just hurts to see it when it happens.
If on the other hand it was a dog and the RSPCA said it might well hace been , then the owner of the dog is to blame for lack of controle. |
Quite aggree with you there Beryl, I'm a dog walker but keep mine under control, if there's any chance of them chasing wildlife they go on the lead. As for the foxes unfortunately there's not much you can do about it it's nature, as much as I love the foxes it always upsets me deeply to see them with a frightened squealing rabbit in their jaws but as I said it's nature and they've got to do that to survive.I'm so sorry about your poor swan it must have been really upsetting for you and the other swan.
