| Thank you all for your help and useful suggestions. Looking at it again in daylight and enlarging it to 200% I have come to the conclusion that it is Wild Carrot - Daaucus carota. I have decided that I need to look even more closely at my local Wild Carrots as I live in the right area for Moon Carrot.
