| Hard to tell from the photograph as seen on the screen, but if it's Moon Carrot it's way out of its recorded distribution if this is in Cornwall. Moon Carrot has a very restricted distribution.
Possibly it's Sea Carrot (Daucus carota subspecies gummifer)
