A couple of general comments - I tend to go for belt and braces (and a bit of string) and have anti-virus, firewall, RegistryProt &c &c .... I would have thought that Sygate Firewall would have protected from this?
Incidentally, I gave up on Norton some time back - it seldom achieved what it was supposed to do (told you that you had a virus but couldn't remove it!), crashed a lot, took an awful long time to check the system ... and it cost money. We have all been using AVG software
AVG Anti-Virus and Internet Security - Welcome for a few years now and have had no problems. In fact. most people I know use it .... and it's free ....
