To be honest I can't remember what walk it was but I shouldn't imagine it was the 7 mile one as much as I'd liked to have walked it, the other half finds walking to the loo too much sometimes
I remember we climbed down from the car park and walked on a narrow path along the top of the hill looking over the valley and eventually ended up at the small lake near the visitor centre. And you're right, Wales is beautiful it's hard to distinguish!
