The D70S fits my hands is reassuringly solid takes beautiful images,all in all it performs very well the kit lense is a cracker (although I did consider the sigma 28-200 as an all purpose job) and I teamed it up with a sigma 70-300
Being over 21 and used to 35mm slr I think I was a bit(ok a lot)up tight at first
but having used the minolta D50 and the 350 and 100 canons I just let the quality feel seduce me
