Venus is in its 'evening star' guise and will keep moving East of the sun and closer to the Earth until 9th June when it will begin moving West again eventually becoming the 'morning' star and moving away from the Earth. In a few weeks it will be visible in good binoculars or a small telescope as a tiny crescent getting thinner & bigger. When it becomes 'the morning star' it will appear as a crescent getting thicker and smaller over several weeks. |
