if i wanted to join a forum about grammar,spelling and general literacy i would have looked for one and joined it. if im unsure what a poster means i can ask. im not going to get get upset if some one says 'the hole thing' rather than the 'whole thing' i can read stuff within the context its posted.
if spelling is such a massive issue then ignore the badly spelt/badly spelled posts.
its like listening to a debate about bbc newsreaders wearing ties - it might look nice but it doesnt alter the news.
