In fact at work, when I am making notes I tend to end up writing backwards, it is extremely frustrating I can tell you. Whilst its ok, when you have a checker, to write it down with pen and paper can be a complete minefield. I am very pleased that my current employement choose to actually do telephone interviews for the intial contact rather than hand written letter and cv. After all the covering letter is only asking for the job and can cv's really be trusted? Surely its about the person and what they can contribute to a position rather than what is written down.
I understand why people do feel strongly about the english language, spelling and grammer, but well some people cant help it. It would be a very boring place if we were all the same.
(I have checked as best as I can for spelling and grammer, sorry if there are still some errors) | An excellent post Nicola and a very, valid point of view. All points noted and learned from. |
