Sure, typos will always slip through, but I always check my posts in 'Preview Post' for grammatical and spelling errors before submitting.
Of course, for those of you that read The Guardian, it's probably all quite normal.

I couldn't give a monkies for anybody who perceives me negatively for a few spelling mistakes. I am highly qualified and am employed within a specialist field, and making the odd typo should not allow someone to judge me any differently.
I am thankfull that people choose to contribute to the site and I think it pathetic that you
perceive people for something so petty.
